I just got a call from a friend asking for this recipe. It is good and frankly can not be served enough. It is best served with tortilla chips but some like to serve it as a spread with crackers (Triskets are best)
- Artichoke Hearts chopped w/ water drained (16oz-17oz drained weight)
- Parmesan Cheese (8oz, grated)
- Mayonnaise (1 and 1/3 cups)
- Garlic Powder to taste
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, stir halfway through heating.

Heat in a crock pot for 1 - 1.5 hours on high.
Note:
I have doubled and even tripled this recipe.
